Our Mission
The
The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 18 consists of sworn and retired law enforcement officers who dedicate their lives to protecting our families and communities.
The purpose of the Fraternal Order of Police is to bring all divisions of law enforcement in Talbot County together so they can meet and discuss the ever-changing procedures, which affect our patterns of work.
It is the intent and sworn commitment of our Fraternal Order of Police to bring to its members better benefits, equal pay, and an enhance retirement package.
The F.O.P Lodge 18 serves many functions which include organizing and sponsoring community programs such as the High School field trips for the People to People programs, POP Warner Football Team and donation of safety equipment to the Easton Town recreation skate park. Other functions includes meeting with elected officials to discuss and negotiate improving the wages and benefits of our officers as well as discussing Collective Bargaining and the Law enforcement Officers Pension System (L.E.O.P.S). Our Fraternal Order of Police is a non-profit organization that relies greatly on donations from individuals or companies such as yours to help finance the goals of this Order to better serve our communities in Talbot County.
Due to the great financial obligation of maintaining the above referenced programs and meetings. We ask for your assistance by making a donation to the F.O.P Lodge 18. Your generous donation will serve the hard working and always dedicated law enforcement officers in Talbot County.
“Help us protect those who protect you”.
