A modern refurbishment of an older hotel on CSX track in a small country town. Second longest passing siding on this line and nearly a train an hour to watch, with a lot of meets from North and South. A detector will announce the trains from both directions on your scanner. Hotel has two second floor rooms with balcony overlooking the tracks. Great restaurant in hotel and a cafe across the tracks has a great breakfast.
