We recently stayed at the Super 8 Motel in Butler, PA and had four trains
go by overnight. Both the Buffalo & Pittsburgh and the Bessemer & Lake Erie
are behind the motel with the B&P right at the edge of the parking lot. 
Besides this action the Armco steel plant has a switcher that often works
directly behind the motel,too.  The motel is on Pa. 8 south of downtown.

All rooms on two floors on the backside of the motel would have a view of
the tracks. Butler has an excellent Italian restaurant (Mama Rosa's) close
by and a mall on the north side of town for the non-railfans.
