The Comfort Inn is right next to I-84, which seperates it from MAX (Portland light rail) and the UP Graham Line. Union Pacific has two main lines from downtown Portland that run east to Troutdale, the Kenton lower line and Graham upper line. The even numbered rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor look over I-84 to MAX and the UP, less than 100 yards.
It is less than one block from the MAX red and blue lines. The red line is 15-20 minutes to/from the airport. The red and blue lines are 15-20 to downtown. MAX and the UP Graham line are side by side for about five miles. Somtimes you can see a train right beside you while riding MAX.
