Located next to BNSF tracks between Seligman and Kingman, AZ on historic Route 66, this location sees 60 to 100 trains per day. A crossing with lights and bells is near by, the trains blow their horns when approaching the crossing, all day and night.

The hotel has swimming pool, exercise room and restaurant. Owned by the Hualapai Indian Nation, they also offer tours such as a one day whitewater rafting trip on the Colorado River at the bottom of the Grand Canyon.
